TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

PREFACE
Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut Limited C-Corporation DBA “AUTONOMY” (hereinafter referred to as "AUTONOMY"), is privately owned property.
Tragedy and Hope Inc. has sole and exclusive authority over all business decisions related to its private property.
Members are not partners, shareholders, or stakeholders in AUTONOMY and hold no equity, liability, or indemnity in the business.
INTRODUCTION
The following policies, guidelines, and rules are an extension of the AUTONOMY Terms of Service and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all Members, Participants, and Associates of AUTONOMY. By accessing, using, or participating in any AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules of Engagement, Culture of Excellence, and all other accompanying policies and guidelines.
These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
The following terms and conditions outline the terms, policies and benefits associated with the AUTONOMY Course of Action, including but not limited to Lifetime Enrollment, Additional Features, Access to Future Seasons, and Community Membership.
ARTICLE 1 - LIFETIME ENROLLMENT TO YOUR SEASON COURSE MATERIALS
- Lifetime Enrollment to the AUTONOMY Course of Action means that you have lifetime access to the materials granted to you in the season of AUTONOMY that you joined, subject to the definitions outlined in Article 3.
- Access to future live AUTONOMY Course of Action seasons is granted exclusively to Members in Good Standing.
ARTICLE 2 - DELIVERY OF THE COURSE
- The AUTONOMY Course of Action Program purchased either as a Gold, Platinum or VIP package contains one full recorded season of the AUTONOMY Course of Action. This constitutes full and immediate delivery and fulfilment of the AUTONOMY Course of Action.
- AUTONOMY Additional Features (Future Seasons, Live Lectures, Q&A’s, Events, Community Memberships, Forum Access, Masterminds, Bonus Materials, and any other Programs) added to the AUTONOMY Course of Action are accoutrement (additional items) added to your one full recorded season of the AUTONOMY Course of Action, available to Members in Good Standing.
- The delivery of the AUTONOMY Course of Action may be presented live by Richard Grove and/or guest lecturers or as recorded sessions.
- The AUTONOMY Course of Action may be presented two times per year, one time per year, or at any modified schedule presented to Members at the discretion of AUTONOMY Administration.
ARTICLE 3 - DEFINITION OF "LIFETIME ENROLLMENT"
- "Lifetime Enrollment" is defined as the duration of Richard Grove's ability to deliver the AUTONOMY Course of Action and provide access to its Products, Programs and Platforms.
- "Lifetime Enrollment" may include access to AUTONOMY and AUTONOMY materials provided on current platforms or alternate platforms including as a digital download of the Lifetime Enrollment materials.
- If the delivery platform for any AUTONOMY Program becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, censorship, or any other reason, a digital download of your Program(s) will be made available for a reasonable duration of time to enable you to acquire them.
ARTICLE 4 - ACCESS TO ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- AUTONOMY Additional Features (Future Seasons, Live Lectures, Q&A’s, Events, Community Memberships, Forum Access, Masterminds, Bonus Materials, and any other Programs) are available exclusively to Members in Good Standing.
ARTICLE 5 - MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING
- Good Standing is defined as “Members who abide by the AUTONOMY Culture of Excellence, adhere to the guidelines outlined in the AUTONOMY Guidelines for Members, and are compliance with the enrollment terms agreed upon at time of purchase.”
- Only Members in Good Standing are eligible for continued access to future seasons, community membership, and other benefits listed as Additional Features.
- Members who break their agreement or are found to be in breach of contract may lose all rights and privileges to the Programs, Additional Features, Bonus Materials. No refunds will be issued.
ARTICLE 6 - THE AUTONOMY GOLD PLUS COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
The AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership is a subscription product within the AUTONOMY Course of Action.
- The first year (12 months) of AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership may be given complimentary.
- After the first year, the Gold Plus Community Membership is chargeable at the current fee.
- AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership is available exclusively to Members in Good Standing.
ARTICLE 7 - MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
The AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership includes access to:
- AUTONOMY Community Forum
- University of Reason Library | Infinity
- AUTONOMY Community Events Library
- AUTONOMY Past, Present, and Future Seasons
- Member benefits may be updated or changed at any time.
ARTICLE 8 - MEMBERSHIP OPT-OUT
- Members who choose not to maintain the AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership will revert to the AUTONOMY Gold Community Membership which provides access to the AUTONOMY Course of Action Forum Space to receive broadcasts and announcements.
- AUTONOMY Gold Community Membership does not provide access to:
- The AUTONOMY Community
- The AUTONOMY Community Forum and its features
- The AUTONOMY Community Membership Libraries
ARTICLE 9 - MEMBERS FROM AUTONOMY SEASONS 01-09
- Legacy access has been granted to AUTONOMY Seasons 01-09.
- Members of these seasons have been granted AUTONOMY Legacy Community Membership, including full access to the AUTONOMY Community Forum and all Legacy Product Libraries.
- The AUTONOMY Legacy Community Membership does not include access to:
- “University of Reason Library | Infinity”
- “AUTONOMY Community Events Library”
- “AUTONOMY Past, Present, and Future Seasons”
ARTICLE 10 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
AUTONOMY may update these Terms of Membership from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the Website or, at AUTONOMY’s discretion, sent to your primary email address.
