ARTICLE 6 – ASSENT AND ACCEPTANCE; DEFAULT AND REVOCATION
By purchasing and participating in AUTONOMY’s Programs, you warrant you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, contact support@richardgrove.org prior to registering; otherwise, AUTONOMY is under no obligation to provide Programs to you.

Default and Revocation: If a Member defaults on a payment plan or fails to satisfy an outstanding balance, access to associated Programs, Materials, and community forums may be revoked in accordance with the payment, suspension, and reinstatement provisions set forth in Article 12. Members remain liable for outstanding balances regardless of access revocation.

ARTICLE 7 – LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE AND ACCESS MATERIALS
AUTONOMY may provide certain documentation, data, curricula, media, and other materials (“Materials”) to assist in Program participation. Subject to these Terms, AUTONOMY grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Materials solely for your personal participation in Programs. This license terminates upon completion of the Programs, cessation of your access, or termination of this Agreement. Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without AUTONOMY’s prior written consent.

ARTICLE 8 – PROGRAM TERMS AND DELIVERY

A. Fulfillment:
Packages (e.g., Gold, Platinum, VIP) that include a full recorded season of the AUTONOMY Course of Action constitute full and immediate delivery of the Course materials for tax and accounting purposes as described at purchase.

B. Lifetime Enrollment:
“Lifetime” enrollment applies exclusively to the specific season(s) and course materials purchased and to future live seasons as expressly described in the enrollment terms. Lifetime Enrollment does not extend to Community Membership, which is a separate subscription product subject to its own terms. See Article 11.

C. Access: Certain Website areas are restricted. AUTONOMY reserves the right to restrict or modify access at its discretion. If provided with a user ID and password, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. AUTONOMY may disable credentials at its sole discretion.

D. Sharing:
Program Materials and access are for the registered individual only and may not be shared. If sharing or unauthorized recording is suspected, AUTONOMY may terminate access and charge fees for additional registrations.

E. Disclaimer on Results:
AUTONOMY provides educational content and frameworks. No promises or guarantees of outcomes are provided. You are solely responsible for your choices and application of the teachings.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Programs, Materials, the Website, the Community, and any Services provided by AUTONOMY are the property of Tragedy and Hope, Inc. and its licensors, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property (“Company IP”). Company IP includes, without limitation, the AUTONOMY Course of Action (COA), University of Reason frameworks, curriculum modules, proprietary methods, and associated course materials. You will not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Company IP without express written permission from AUTONOMY.

ARTICLE 10 – PROGRAM RECORDINGS, MEDIA RELEASES, AND USER‑GENERATED CONTENT

A. Recording and Media License: AUTONOMY may record Programs, workshops, live sessions, and calls. By participating, you acknowledge that AUTONOMY owns or is licensed to use those recordings and that AUTONOMY may use your image, voice, and likeness captured in such recordings for educational, training, and promotional purposes consistent with any separate release you have signed. If you have executed a Student Success & Media Release (a separate voluntary agreement), the terms of that release will govern AUTONOMY’s use of recordings and testimonials; otherwise AUTONOMY’s standard rights as set forth here apply.

B. User‑Generated Content: You retain ownership of original content you post to AUTONOMY forums (“User Content”), but you grant AUTONOMY a worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable license to use, host, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting AUTONOMY services. You represent and warrant you have rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third‑party rights.

ARTICLE 11 – MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING AND COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

A. Good Standing:
Members in Good Standing are those current on payments and compliant with the Culture of Excellence and community policies. Good Standing is required for eligibility for certain benefits, community features, promotions, and Affiliate Program participation.

B. Community Membership:
The AUTONOMY Community Membership (forums, live events, libraries) is a separate subscription. Continued access is contingent on maintaining an active Community Membership subscription and Good Standing.

C. Opt‑Out and Limited Access:
Members who do not maintain Community Membership retain access to Course materials to which they are entitled, but access to interactive community features will be limited to broadcast/announcement channels only.

D. Legacy Membership:
Legacy Memberships (founding or grandfathered access) are governed by the original terms agreed upon at enrollment.

ARTICLE 12 – PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, RATE LOCK‑IN, SUSPENSION, AND REINSTATEMENT

A. Valid Payment Methods & Rate Lock‑In:
Members must maintain a valid payment method for subscription products. Members who maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription are eligible for a Rate Lock‑In that preserves their current subscription rate so long as their subscription remains active and in Good Standing.

B. Grace Period for Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, Members are granted a 30‑day grace period to update payment information and remit overdue amounts. During the grace period, AUTONOMY may suspend access to certain community features at its discretion, but efforts will be made to notify Members and allow remediation.

C. Loss of Rate & Access After Lapse:
Failure to remedy payment within the 30‑day grace period will result in forfeiture of the locked-in rate, loss of Good Standing, and suspension or termination of Community Membership and access to Additional Features. Reinstatement after 45 days of non‑payment is at AUTONOMY’s sole discretion and will be subject to current pricing and a reinstatement administrative fee of $75.00. Members remain liable for all outstanding balances regardless of access revocation.

D. Collection Costs:
In the event of non‑payment beyond 30 days, Members are liable for reasonable costs incurred to collect outstanding balances, including collection agency fees, legal fees, and court costs.

E. Payment Plans: Selecting a payment plan creates a binding financial obligation to pay the total purchase price. A payment plan is not a subscription cancellation mechanism. Non‑payment on a payment plan may result in revocation of access and continued liability for the unpaid balance; commissions, refunds, or modifications follow the separate Refund Policy and any executed hardship agreements.

ARTICLE 13 – PLATFORM EVOLUTION & RATE ADJUSTMENTS
AUTONOMY may enhance or change its platform, content, or service offerings. In the event of rate adjustments tied to significant platform upgrades, major new services, or extraordinary cost increases, AUTONOMY will provide Members with at least sixty (60) days’ notice prior to any change taking effect. Members may cancel their subscription prior to the effective date to avoid the new rate. Routine price updates for new customers or minor pricing changes do not require opt‑out notices, beyond standard billing communications.

ARTICLE 14 – FINAL PROVISIONS

A. Survival:
Provisions regarding intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, payment obligations, and dispute resolution will survive termination of this Agreement.

B. Force Majeure:
AUTONOMY shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or technical failures).

C. Definition of “Lifetime”:
“Lifetime” enrollment is defined as the duration of Richard Grove’s or AUTONOMY’s ability to deliver the AUTONOMY Course of Action. If an act of God, censorship, or other event prevents live delivery, AUTONOMY will make reasonable efforts to provide digital download or alternate access for a reasonable duration.

ARTICLE 15 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
AUTONOMY may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the Website and may be sent to your primary email address. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Last Updated: March 24, 2026

ARTICLE 16 – MISCELLANEOUS (GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND SEVERABILITY)

A. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to conflict of law principles.

B. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration:
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Connecticut under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By accepting these Terms you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class, collective, or representative actions. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

C. Severability:
If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
