ARTICLE 3 – REFUND TERMS

  1. NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL COURSES AND PRODUCTS
All sales of Programs, digital courses, event tickets, products, and services are final. Refunds will not be issued for any digital or virtual content once purchased, except as expressly provided in Section 3 of this Article.

  2. NO TRIAL PERIOD
AUTONOMY does not offer a trial period for its Programs, products, or services. It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence and ensure that the content and Program you purchase is suitable for your needs before completing your transaction.

  3. REFUNDS FOR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
If AUTONOMY Administration determines there are valid extenuating circumstances based upon provided evidence, a refund may be issued for requests made within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds will only be considered if the Program has not been downloaded or accessed.
  4.  Definition of Access: Access is defined as logging into the member area, viewing course materials online, or engaging with digital products. AUTONOMY utilizes internal tracking to monitor student progress and engagement levels to verify access status.
  5.  Administrative Fee: A $75.00 administrative fee will be applied to all approved refunds under this section.

COMMITMENT AND ENGAGEMENT
AUTONOMY provides the tools and framework for personal and professional development; however, the results depend on the student's application of the material. Consequently, refunds will not be provided for:

  •  Students who choose not to apply the material or engage with the course content.
  •  Changes of mind or personal circumstances occurring after the initial 14-day window.
  •  Members who complete or progress through the course and subsequently decide the curriculum is not a personal fit for their current path. We encourage all members to fully immerse themselves in the Culture of Excellence to gain the most value from their investment.

  1. PAYMENT PLAN BINDING AGREEMENT
By selecting a payment plan, you are entering into a binding financial contract to pay the total purchase price of the Program in full.
  •  Non-Cancellation: A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be canceled based on a student’s decision to stop attending live sessions, engaging with the community, or accessing materials.
  •  Full Fulfillment: Your financial obligation to fulfill the remaining balance of the payment plan remains in effect regardless of your level of participation or completion of the course.
  •  Default and Revocation: If a Member defaults on a payment plan or fails to satisfy the outstanding balance, access to all associated Programs, Materials, and community forums will be revoked. Revocation of access due to non-payment does not absolve the Member of the remaining debt owed to AUTONOMY. Reinstatement after 45 days of non-payment will be at the sole discretion of AUTONOMY and will be subject to adjustment to current pricing.
  •  Hardship Modifications: In cases of documented hardship, AUTONOMY Administration may, at its sole discretion, agree to modify the terms of an existing payment plan (e.g., adjust dates, amounts, or frequency). Such a modification, once agreed upon in writing by both parties, becomes a new, binding contract. Failure to adhere to the terms of this new agreement will be treated the same as a default on the original plan.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIPS
For recurring subscription-based services (e.g., monthly community access):
  •  No Refunds for Used Periods: Refunds will not be issued for subscription periods that have already begun or where access has been utilized.
  •  Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing and take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a cycle.

  1. LIMITED ACCESS PASSES (HARDSHIP GRANTS)
AUTONOMY may, at its sole discretion, grant limited-access passes to the AUTONOMY Community Forum or the Grand Theft World Community Forum based on demonstrated hardship.

  •  Annual Renewal: These passes are not permanent. Recipients must submit a request for renewal on an annual basis.
  •  Discretionary Approval: Renewal is not guaranteed and is subject to review and approval by AUTONOMY Administration based on current criteria and community standing.

  1. CANCELLATION OF COMMUNITY OR PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS
If a Member cancels a recurring community or product subscription (not associated with a binding course payment plan), access to the associated materials and forums will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Upon the conclusion of that cycle, access will be revoked. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a billing period once a cancellation request is submitted.

  2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS AND DOWN PAYMENTS
All down payments and deposits are non-refundable. A deposit serves as a commitment to the Program and is applied toward the total purchase price as outlined in the Member's specific contract or payment agreement.
