PREFACE
Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut Limited C-Corporation DBA “AUTONOMY” (hereinafter referred to as "AUTONOMY"), is privately owned property.

The following Charter serves as the foundational agreement for all individuals who seek to join and remain within the AUTONOMY community. By accessing, using, or participating in any

AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules of Engagement, Culture of Excellence, and all other accompanying policies and guidelines.

These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.

ARTICLE 1 – MISSION AND PURPOSE
The purpose of AUTONOMY is to provide a high-level educational environment for the cultivation of personal sovereignty, entrepreneurial excellence, and ethical professionalism. We provide the tools, framework, and community support necessary for individuals to take 100% responsibility for their lives and outcomes.

ARTICLE 2 – VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATION
Participation in AUTONOMY is strictly voluntary. Members choose to associate with AUTONOMY based on a shared commitment to the Culture of Excellence. As a private organization, AUTONOMY reserves the right to determine who may access its property, programs, and community spaces.

ARTICLE 3 – MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Every Member of AUTONOMY commits to the following responsibilities:

  • Self-Governance: Members are expected to govern their own behavior, emotions, and communications in accordance with the Rules of Engagement.
  • Active Participation: While engagement levels may vary, Members are responsible for their own progress through the curriculum and their own engagement with the community tools provided.
  • Protection of the Environment: Members agree to protect the professional and focused nature of the community by refraining from disruptive, off-topic, or coercive behaviors.
  • Financial Integrity: Members agree to fulfill all financial obligations and payment plans associated with their enrollment and subscriptions.

ARTICLE 4 – THE RIGHT OF CURATION
To maintain the integrity of the mission, AUTONOMY Administration maintains the absolute right to curate all content, events, and interactions within its private platforms. This includes the right to move, edit, or remove content that is deemed out of alignment with the professional and entrepreneurial focus of the community.

Membership in AUTONOMY is a professional relationship, not a partnership or ownership stake.

  • Member in Good Standing: A Member who is current on all financial obligations and in compliance with all community guidelines.
  • Loss of Standing: Failure to adhere to the Charter or associated policies may result in a loss of "Good Standing," which limits access to community features, events, and promotional opportunities.
  • Administrative Intervention: Behaviors requiring management intervention or mediation to restore community harmony may be subject to a $75.00 Administrative Fee.

ARTICLE 6 – CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Members agree to respect the privacy of the AUTONOMY community.
