GUIDELINES FOR MEMBERS

INTRODUCTION

The following policies, guidelines, and rules are an extension of the AUTONOMY Terms of Service and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all Members, Participants, and Associates of AUTONOMY. By accessing, using, or participating in any AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules of Engagement, Culture of Excellence, and all other accompanying policies and guidelines.

These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.



DEFINITIONS FOR “MEMBER” AND “MEMBERS”

Member: Refers to any individual who participates in any capacity with the AUTONOMY Course of Action and/or the AUTONOMY Community Forum. A Member is a single person engaging with AUTONOMY Programs, platforms, events, or discussions, and is subject to the guidelines and policies outlined in this document.

Members: Refers to multiple individuals who participate in any capacity with the AUTONOMY Course of Action and/or the AUTONOMY Community Forum. This includes groups of members, students, graduates, participants, or users engaging with AUTONOMY Programs, platforms, or events, and are collectively subject to the guidelines and policies outlined in this document.

By participating in “AUTONOMY”, Members agree to adhere to these guidelines, which are designed to protect the Culture of Excellence within the community and ensure a productive, respectful, and supportive environment for all.

 

ARTICLE 1 – OWNERSHIP AND AUTONOMY

  1. Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut Limited C-Corporation DBA “AUTONOMY” (hereinafter referred to as "AUTONOMY"), is privately owned property.
  2. Tragedy and Hope Inc. has sole and exclusive authority over all business decisions related to its private property.
  3. Members are not partners, shareholders, or stakeholders in AUTONOMY and hold no equity, liability, or indemnity in the business.

 

ARTICLE 2 – MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Members must adhere to the policies and guidelines of AUTONOMY.
  2. Members are required to follow the AUTONOMY Code of Conduct: "Be Excellent to Each Other."
  3. Members are prohibited from engaging in behaviors that violate the Code of Conduct or that require intervention by AUTONOMY Management.
  4. Members are not entitled to access or demand information regarding the private business decisions or operations of AUTONOMY administration.
  5. Members are not permitted to challenge, defy, or undermine AUTONOMY Management decisions.
  6. Members are required to be up to date on their subscription and membership payments.

 

ARTICLE 3 – PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS

  1. Members may not organize, petition, or attempt to coerce or pressure AUTONOMY Management.
  2. Members are prohibited from airing grievances publicly within AUTONOMY Community Forums, group chats, or direct messages.
  3. Members may not instigate or encourage backlash against AUTONOMY Management.
  4. Members are not permitted to disrespect, sabotage, or circumvent AUTONOMY procedures.
  5. Members may not assume authority over other Members or make managerial decisions regarding AUTONOMY programs, products, or students.
  6. Members are prohibited from using AUTONOMY platforms to harass, antagonize, or insult others.
  7. Members may not organize projects within AUTONOMY without express permission from Management.
  8. Members may not post negative or harmful reviews about AUTONOMY, its Members, or Management on public platforms.
  9. Members are prohibited from sending emails to AUTONOMY Support or Management containing rude, sarcastic, or unkind comments.

 

ARTICLE 4 – COMMUNICATION AND FEEDBACK

  1. Members may not make suggestions for policy or management changes in AUTONOMY Community Forums, Programs, events, or Q&A sessions.
  2. Members wishing to provide feedback or suggestions must use the designated "Pitch Your Offer to AUTONOMY" form available in the How-To section of the AUTONOMY Community Forum.
  3. Members may contact [email protected] for assistance or to request communication with Richard Grove or AUTONOMY Management.

 

ARTICLE 5 – COMMUNITY STANDARDS

  1. Members must exhibit a Culture of Excellence when representing themselves as AUTONOMY graduates.
  2. Members are prohibited from spreading discontent regarding AUTONOMY policies, administration or Management.
  3. Members may not share private communications that took place between themselves and Management.
  4. Members are required to wear appropriate clothing during live and virtual AUTONOMY events, including meetings, webinars, and presentations.
  5. Members are prohibited from attending events from inappropriate locations, such as showers, bathtubs, or bathrooms.
  6. Members may not use sexually explicit language during AUTONOMY events or forums.
  7. Forum content that is not relevant to AUTONOMY Programs will be removed and prohibited.
  8. AUTONOMY is a peaceful organization that does not encourage, condone or tolerate violence or coercion.

 

ARTICLE 6 – MENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

  1. Members expressing suicidal ideations are required to seek immediate medical attention.
  2. Members must provide a legal emergency contact when requested.
  3. AUTONOMY is not a mental health facility, and psychological issues are outside the scope of its programs. Members with mental health concerns are advised to seek professional treatment.
  4. Members may not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy to other Members on behalf of or within AUTONOMY Programs, products, platforms and/or events.

 

ARTICLE 7 – ETHICAL CONDUCT

  1. Members are prohibited from using manipulative tactics, such as NLP, hypnosis, or unethical methods, on other Members.
  2. Members are prohibited from imposing non-hierarchical structures, communal decision-making, or Marxist/communist philosophies within AUTONOMY products, platforms and events.
  3. Members may not engage in harmful actions, including physical violence, sabotage, or conflicts that disrupt the experience of other students.
  4. Members are prohibited from spamming the forum or engaging in off-topic debates that lead to heated discussions.

 

ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. Members are prohibited from sharing or posting any visual, audio, or written material from AUTONOMY Programs, courses, forums, webinars, or events outside of AUTONOMY.
  2. Members are prohibited from sharing information, recordings or videos of other students outside of AUTONOMY.
  3. AUTONOMY reserves the right to use all recorded material from courses, events, and meetings for internal or external purposes, including marketing and training.

 

ARTICLE 9 – SALES AND MARKETING

  1. Members are prohibited from pitching products or services or engaging in any type of commerce with new students within their first three months of the course.
  2. Members are prohibited from pitching products or services during Integration Exercises.
  3. Members may not use AUTONOMY platforms as a sales market or solicit Members with offers, products, or services.
  4. Members may not use the AUTONOMY Community Forum to direct message the promotion of products or services.
  5. Members may not use the AUTONOMY Forum group messaging feature to engage in commerce or promote products and services.
  6. Members can promote and solicit their Products and Services in the “Plug Your Work” and “Job Board.” spaces provided specifically for that purpose on the AUTONOMY Community Forum.

 

ARTICLE 10 – ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES

  1. Members must comply with all AUTONOMY policies, including but not limited by, the Terms of Service, Culture of Excellence, Privacy Policy, and Rules of Engagement.
  2. AUTONOMY reserves the right to amend or update these guidelines at any time.
  3. Management decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
  4. Members who engage in disruptive or unethical behavior may be subject to administrative fees, suspension, or removal from AUTONOMY programs and forums.

 

ARTICLE 11 – PENALTIES

Violations of these guidelines may result in the following penalties:

  • Revocation of Member's In Good Standing status
  • Administrative fees
  • Revoked permissions
  • Suspension or removal from AUTONOMY/GTW programs and forums
  • Revoked access to all AUTONOMY products
  • Other administrative actions as deemed necessary by Management
  • Administration reserves the right to administer penalties as needed including duration, amount, and severity based solely upon their determination on an as per case.

By participating in AUTONOMY, Members agree to abide by these guidelines and acknowledge that Tragedy and Hope Inc. DBA “AUTONOMY” reserves the right to enforce these rules to maintain the integrity and excellence of the community.

 

ARTICLE 12 – CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES FOR MEMBERS

AUTONOMY may update these Guidelines for Members from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the Website or, at AUTONOMY’s discretion, or sent to your primary email address.
