INTRODUCTION
The following policies, guidelines, and rules are an extension of the AUTONOMY Member Charter and the AUTONOMY Terms of Service and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all Members, Participants, and Associates. By participating in any AUTONOMY programs or communities, you agree to comply with these terms, which form a unified agreement alongside our Privacy Policy and Culture of Excellence standards.
DEFINITIONS
ARTICLE 1 – OWNERSHIP AND AUTHORITY
Private Property: Tragedy and Hope, Inc. (DBA “AUTONOMY”) is privately owned property. Management maintains sole and exclusive authority over all business decisions.
Member Status: Members are participants in educational programs and are not partners, shareholders, or stakeholders. Membership holds no equity, liability, or indemnity in the business.
Finality of Decisions: Management decisions regarding the platform, community, and policy are final and not subject to public appeal or collective negotiation.
ARTICLE 2 – CONTENT CURATION & MISSION ALIGNMENT
The AUTONOMY Community Forum is a professional environment dedicated to business, entrepreneurship, and personal sovereignty. While diverse information is encouraged, AUTONOMY reserves the right to curate, move, or remove any content to ensure alignment with the community’s mission. Content deemed off-topic or disruptive may be removed at Administration’s discretion without prior notice.
ARTICLE 3 – NON-DISCRIMINATION AND RESPECTFUL ENGAGEMENT
Commitment to Inclusion: AUTONOMY does not discriminate based on race, creed, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, or disability. We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone.
Zero Tolerance: Discrimination or harassment in any form will not be tolerated within the AUTONOMY landscape.
Reporting Misconduct and Conflict: If a Member witnesses or experiences inappropriate behavior, they must immediately cease engagement and report the incident directly to AUTONOMY Administration via support@richardgrove.org. Members are prohibited from engaging in public back-and-forth arguments. Failure to report and continued engagement may result in disciplinary action.
ARTICLE 4 – THE CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE
Code of Conduct: The foundational rule of AUTONOMY is: "Be Excellent to Each Other."
Professionalism: Members must exhibit a Culture of Excellence when representing themselves as AUTONOMY graduates or participants.
Appropriate Environment: During live and virtual events, Members must wear appropriate clothing and attend from professional locations. Attending events from bathrooms, showers, or other inappropriate settings is prohibited.
Language: Sexually explicit, violent, or coercive language is strictly prohibited in all forums and events.
ARTICLE 5 – FORUM CONDUCT AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Respectful Interaction: The AUTONOMY Community Forum is a collaborative learning space. All interactions must remain constructive.
Prohibition of "Dogpiling": Members are strictly prohibited from "ganging up" on, collectively targeting, or shaming another Member or Guest. Even in disagreement, responses must remain individual and professional.
Conflict Resolution: If a conflict arises, Members are required to use the tools provided in the
Integration Exercises to resolve the issue.
Escalation: If a private resolution is not possible, the matter must be escalated to Administration. Engaging in public "flame wars" or repetitive back-and-forth arguments is prohibited as it interrupts the journey of other Members.
ARTICLE 6 – COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ALIGNMENT
Adherence to Procedures: While Members are not obligated to engage in the community, those who choose to do so—specifically regarding the creation, promotion, or execution of products, events, or collaborative projects—must strictly adhere to the specific guidelines and workflows outlined for each respective program.
Administrative Coordination: Members are required to use the official forms provided by AUTONOMY and must work directly with AUTONOMY Administration for all setup and approval processes.
Right of Refusal: AUTONOMY reserves the right to pause or decline any Member-led initiative that does not follow the established administrative procedures or fails to align with the professional standards of the entrepreneurial community.
ARTICLE 7 – GUEST RESPECT AND LIVE EVENT ETIQUETTE (AUTONOMY & GTW)
Live Webinar Conduct: Members granted access to AUTONOMY Live Webinars and Grand Theft World (GTW) Live Broadcasts must maintain the highest standard of decorum in the live chat.
Guest Protection: Guests are invited to share their expertise and insights. Insulting, mocking, or disparaging a Guest in the live chat is a severe violation of community standards.
Chat Relevance: Live chat must remain relevant to the presentation. Disruptive or off-topic debates that lead to heated discussions or distract from the Guest's presentation will be removed.
Zero Tolerance for Disrespect: Any Member found using live chat to harass guests or other participants will be removed from the session immediately and may face further administrative action.

Feedback Channels: Suggestions for policy or management changes should not be made in public forums, Q&A sessions, or group chats.
Official Pitch Process: Members wishing to provide feedback, suggestions, or propose a collaboration with AUTONOMY must use the designated "Pitch Your Offer to AUTONOMY" form located in the How-To section of the Forum.
Support: For technical assistance or to request communication with Management, contact: support@richardgrove.org.

Organizing/Coercion: Members may not organize petitions or attempt to pressure Management regarding business operations.
Public Grievances: Airing grievances publicly within community forums, group chats, or direct messages is prohibited.
Unauthorized Representation: Members may not organize projects on behalf of AUTONOMY or assume managerial authority over other Members without express written permission.
ARTICLE 10 – MENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

AUTONOMY values open dialogue and diverse viewpoints. Members may discuss conflicting information respectfully and in line with the Culture of Excellence. Discussions must focus on ideas, avoid personal attacks, and refrain from spreading misinformation. All discussions remain subject to AUTONOMY’s Right of Curation to maintain focus on the entrepreneurial mission.
ARTICLE 14 – SALES, COMMERCE, AND EVENTS
The Three-Month Rule: Members are prohibited from pitching products or services to New Members within their first three months of the course.
