and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all Members, Participants, and Associates of AUTONOMY. By accessing, using, or participating in any AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyRules of EngagementCulture of Excellence, and all other accompanying policies and guidelines.

These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.

ARTICLE 1 – COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONALISM
AUTONOMY is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and productive environment for all Members. We believe that personal growth and entrepreneurial success require a space free from harassment, intimidation, and disruptive behavior. This policy outlines our standards for professional conduct and our procedures for addressing harassment.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF POLICY
This policy applies to all Members, Participants, and Associates across all AUTONOMY platforms, including but not limited to:

  •  The Community Forum and all sub-spaces.
  •  Live Webinars, Virtual Workshops, and Q&A sessions.
  •  Direct Messages (DMs) and Group Chats.
  •  Official in-person events and sanctioned meetups.

ARTICLE 3 – ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HARASSMENT
AUTONOMY operates a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  •  Verbal Abuse: Using derogatory comments, epithets, slurs, or offensive jokes.
  •  Intimidation: Engaging in behavior intended to frighten, coerce, or silence another Member.
  •  Bullying: Persistent, malicious behavior directed at an individual to undermine or exclude them.
  •  Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
  •  Stalking/Persistence: Repeatedly contacting a Member who has requested that communication cease or following a Member across different platforms to continue a conflict.
  •  Doxxing: The unauthorized publication of a Member’s private or identifying information.

ARTICLE 4 – DISCRIMINATION
AUTONOMY does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, or disability. We expect all Members to uphold this standard in their interactions with one another. Discrimination in any form is a violation of the Culture of Excellence and this policy.

ARTICLE 5 – PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT STANDARDS

  •  Respectful Dissent: Disagreements are a natural part of intellectual growth. However, dissent must be focused on ideas and evidence, not on personal character or identity.
  •  Cease and Desist: If a Member is informed that their communication is unwelcome or harassing, they must immediately stop that specific line of engagement.
  •  No Public "Flame Wars": Members are prohibited from engaging in repetitive, public back-and-forth arguments that disrupt the community experience for others.
  •  Reporting over Retaliation: Members who feel harassed must report the incident to Administration rather than engaging in retaliatory behavior.

ARTICLE 6 – REPORTING PROCEDURES
If you witness or experience harassment or unprofessional conduct:

  1. Cease Engagement: Do not continue the argument or attempt to "win" the exchange.
  2. Document: Save screenshots or links to the relevant communication.
  3. Report: Send a detailed report to AUTONOMY Administration at support@richardgrove.org. Please include "Conduct Report" in the subject line.

ARTICLE 7 – INVESTIGATION AND ENFORCEMENT
All reports will be reviewed by AUTONOMY Administration. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the community, including:

  •  Issuing a formal warning.
  •  Assessing a standard $75.00 Administrative Fee for mediation/intervention.
  •  Temporary suspension of forum or event access.
  •  Permanent removal from all AUTONOMY programs without refund.
